The location just across the street from Paddington station was perfection for exploring London. We travelled with our 92 year old grandma and she was able to navigate the stairs at the apartment and use the walk in shower. Great place for a large group of all ages. The amenities were plentiful and the antique vibe was so fun! Our hosts were proactive, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend this lovely location!

What a privilege to stay in this wonderful property! We were fortunate to meet Jacob who helped us to settle in and provided recommendations for our London visit.  The location is excellent - very close to Paddington Station so handy for Heathrow Express and lots of food options within walking distance. To say that the property is well maintained would be an understatement - if I could give our experience 6 stars I would!

Jacob and his wife's hospitality is second to none.  Their 'can  do' responsive nature made a really big day for us run smoothly and to plan.  We are really grateful to them.  The apartment is huge, very well equipped, the beds are super comfy and everywhere was squeaky clean.  Thoroughly recommend Jacob's place to others.

Travelled with a group of 4 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect for us. The beds/rooms were well appointed with storage and beds were very comfortable and quiet. Being on the lower floor meant the rooms stayed cool even in the summer heat and very much appreciated the fans in every room! We enjoyed perusing the book and art collections and the dishware was also beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked with good knives and cookware etc. So close to Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express and many cafes and restaurants close by. We also appreciated having the M&S grocery store within minutes from the house to stock up on snacks and food. Jacob was also very communicative and very quick to respond to questions. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home is beautiful, very neat, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is especially well-equipped with plenty of utensils, making it easy to cook and feel at home. Everything you might need is available, which made our stay very comfortable.
We stayed with kids and family, and everyone had a great experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Truly a top notch Airbnb host and place. As described and extremely easy to find, get in, etc. Basically right next to Paddington Station (very central) but still on a nice quiet, attractive street. Host is excellent - helpful, good communications. Would stay again for sure.

Great stay in a fantastic location. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, is very spacious and well set up, with a convenient layout across the two levels.
Being so close to Paddington (2 mins walk) made everything really easy, both for getting around London and arriving from the airport. Despite the central location, the street is still fairly quiet and felt quite private.
Jacob was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I’m not going to talk about the fantastic location, which is both quiet and convenient, as many other reviewers have already covered that. Instead, I’ll mention the things that make a real difference to me as someone who travels extensively.
The house is a charming two-story home with a lovely ground floor. If you appreciate art and antiques, this is definitely the place for you. Every corner features something unique, whether it’s a painting, a piece of fine china, or beautiful silverware. The house has real character.
It was also spotlessly clean, and Jacob was an exceptional host. He paid attention to the smallest details, such as leaving bottled water, tea, and coffee for us. Providing shampoo and shower gel was another thoughtful touch that showed genuine care for his guests and helped us relax after a long flight. These small gestures made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.

We had a great stay here with our three teenage children. Being so close to Paddington made it easy to explore the city.  It was great to be able to come back to the flat and everyone to have their own space to relax. Jacob and Thomasina were lovely hosts and extremely response to any questions before and during our stay and accommodating with early check in and holding our luggage on our last day. Lovely touches of kitchen and bathroom basic supplies were also appreciated. 

Jacob was there to meet us when we arrived and to take our bags.  He was really warm and welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would highly recommend.

My family and I stayed at Jacob’s place for a couple of days. Loved the place! Very close to Paddington station which made our trip very easy to travel around London. Jacob’s place is very spacious and beautiful with all great amenities provided. He is also responsive and eager to help.

Highly recommended for anyone who travel with family or friend visiting London!

Wonderful place to stay and central to EVERYTHING. Paddington station is across the street for all trans and underground. The apartment is lovely and was exceptionally clean. The antique furnishings were unique and beautiful. Tons of space and equipped with every possible amenity. This was a 5+ star experience in every way. I will stay here again!

This unit is very cozy and a great place stay. The space is really large and suitable for everyone. Jacob was so helpful and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and the location is right next to Paddington station and the underground.

Great flat near Paddington. Super easy access to Elizabeth Line and plenty to do in the area. Lovely flat with a great feel. Beds were excellent and it was spotless. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful property, as described, and as shown in the photos. We really hit the jackpot for the last 2 days of our trip before heading back overseas. The home was clean, decorated exquisitely, spacious, and the overall communication from the host, Jacob, was superb. We really appreciated everything this property had to offer and the very close proximity to Paddington Station, just over 50m, made exploring London (and jumping on the Heathrow Express) very easy indeed. Thank you again.

Incredible place, huge apartment with 3 excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space, well presented and fantastic location. Absolutely no negatives at all and Jacob was the perfect host and was always at our disposal in advance of staying there.

I cannot say enough about both the accommodation and Jacob, the host.  If I could rate it 6 stars I would.  As soon as we made the booking Jacob sent many recommendations for local supermarkets as well as pubs/restaurants in the area.  He was also super responsive and extremely helpful allowing us to drop our bags early, which actually ended up being early check-in as the cleaner had finished getting the flat ready.  The flat itself is beautiful.  very spacious, super clean and comfortable, with every amenity you could possibly think of needing.  The location is superb, right next to Paddington station.  I thoroughly recommend this listing and we will certainly be looking to stay here again next time we are in London.

Our stay in London was absolutely incredible! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, just steps from Paddington Station, making it so easy to get around the city. The house itself had every amenity you could possibly imagine, right down to a blow dryer in each bathroom. The design and decor were beautiful, high-end, and clearly very thoughtfully put together. The space was spotless, spacious, and walkable to so much. On top of all that, the host was wonderful, easy to communicate with and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting London and would absolutely stay here again!

This was a wonderful private and clean apartment. The hosts thought of everything and were so easy to work with. They sent recommendations, and were responsive to all requests. The home itself is tastefully decorated and well appointed. Incredibly clean. Close to paddington station, and all amenities. Would highly recommend!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! The decor is stunning, and it was much quieter than I expected, making for a peaceful and relaxing visit. The space was spotless, and every little detail was thoughtfully provided, making me feel truly taken care of. The flat is well-connected, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

It is closer to the subway station than expected, and we have many elderly people in our family, it is very convenient for them to walk to take transportation.Each bedroom has a toilet next to it, making it comfortable for the three of us.At first, I didn't know how to adjust the water temperature and heating, but after asking, it was very comfortable after the adjustment.The sauce and toiletries provided by the host are of good quality.

Such a beautiful place! The flat was located very close to Paddington station, in a very nice area. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfy and having 3 bathrooms was wonderful. Loved this place and would definitely stay again.

You cannot find a better location to stay at in London! This home is literally across the street from Paddington station, we were able to get everywhere quickly and efficiently while still being in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The 3 king beds and 3 full bathrooms was ideal for 3 couples. The beds were sooo comfortable, soft towels, and the kitchen was well stocked. It had beautiful decor and makes you feel like you’re getting the true London living experience. The hosts were so kind and responsive, we would stay here again anytime.

This is officially my favorite flat in London. If you appreciate interior design, vintage furniture and lots of intentional touches to make you feel at home you will love this. We stayed with a group of friends and a 2 year old and the home was perfect. There were so many helpful toiletries in each of the 3 bathrooms, and blow dryers and full length mirrors! The bedrooms are all so spacious and the beds are so comfortable with luxurious bedding like velvet duvets. The location is also fantastic, literally right next to Paddington station. Jacob was wonderful to work with and was always fast with communication. Check in was super easy and there’s keyless entry and self checkin which made traveling with a group of people much easier - no key to worry about. We will definitely be staying here again!
