You will be staying in one of the oldest surviving houses in the very centre of Mayfair. While architectural records note the building’s classic pilaster facade as an 1821 addition by Thomas Cubitt, old maps reveal a hidden history: the core of the house was erected in 1729, originally orientated to face Berkeley Square. Blending historic Georgian charm with modern comfort, this first-floor apartment offers a rare opportunity to live inside a piece of restored London history, making it the perfect launchpad for exploring the city on foot.

The Space
- The Sleeping Quarters: The primary bedroom features a UK King-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a UK Double bed. Both rooms share a full bathroom.
- The Living Areas: The open-plan sitting and dining area includes a double fold-out sofa bed to comfortably accommodate additional guests, alongside a fully equipped kitchen.
The Details
As this is a historic private Mayfair home, please note it retains its original architecture and does not have an elevator. This single-level apartment is located on the 1st floor, requiring a short walk up of roughly 15 steps from street level. However, we usually meet our guests upon arrival and are more than happy to help carry your bags up to the flat.

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation terms are standard, but flexible, as we know, unexpected things happen:
- Full refund at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 30-7 days.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable, unless we can rebook the place.
