The Heritage
You will be staying in one of the oldest surviving houses in the very centre of Mayfair. While architectural records note the building’s classic pilaster facade as an 1821 addition by Thomas Cubitt, old maps reveal a hidden history: the core of the house was erected in 1729, originally orientated to face Berkeley Square. Blending historic Georgian charm with modern comfort, this penthouse offers a rare opportunity to live inside a piece of restored London history, making it the perfect launchpad for exploring the city on foot.

The Space
- The Main Floor: Dedicated to the sleeping quarters. The spacious master suite features a UK King-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a full private en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both feature UK Double beds, sharing a second full bathroom.
- The Upper Floor: A short flight of 14 steps takes you to the top of the house, featuring an open-plan reception and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rare-to-find in Mayfair private outdoor rooftop patio.
The Details
As this is a historic private Mayfair home, please note it retains its original architecture and does not have an elevator. The penthouse is located on the 3rd floor (Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd), requiring a 45-step walk up from the street. However, we usually meet our guests upon arrival and are more than happy to help carry your bags up to the flat.

But we are flexible, so whenever possible, we will accommodate earlier check-in or luggage storage. Just let us know your plans.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation terms are standard, but flexible, as we know, unexpected things happen:
- Full refund at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 30-7 days.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable, unless we can rebook the place.
