Refund policy

We operate on standard but flexible cancellation terms, as we know, unexpected things happen:

• Full refund at least 30 days before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations between 30-7 days.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable, unless we can rebook the place.
